SoftHub is a catalog of Android and Windows software. Some files are mirrored on our own servers under the policy described in how we source software; everything else links to the official publisher.

2. No warranty

Software is provided "as is" by its original publisher. While every mirrored file is scanned for malware before publishing, we cannot guarantee any piece of software is free of defects, and we are not responsible for how third-party publishers build or maintain their software.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SoftHub to distribute malware, to scrape the catalog at a rate that degrades the service for others, or to attempt to bypass the license-based mirror/link-out policy.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks and software titles belong to their respective owners. See our DMCA page to report infringing content.
